Meet Yelena. Born in the Ural Mountains of Russia, she grew up in a small town surrounded by beautiful nature. After graduating from high school, she pursued studies in psychology and spirituality; first in her native country, and later across Europe and Canada.

Searching for a place where her heart would feel at home, Yelena found it in the mountains of Colorado, where she co-founded a holistic healing community alongside her mentor and life partner, Sam. Since then, Yelena and Sam have facilitated over 100 group gatherings, while also providing dedicated guidance for those searching for individual healing and spiritual growth.

Working with women is her deepest passion, and she has long been committed to supporting women’s empowerment through monthly group circles, community activities, and specialized women-only retreats and transformational spaces.

She expresses her excitement and deep gratitude for the invitation to bring her work outside of Colorado for the very first time, and she looks forward to connecting with each woman in Pittsburgh who is interested in embarking on a meaningful journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being.
